Terms of Service
The terms for using scjg.cc and SCJG services.
Effective date: November 7, 2026 (the launch date of the new site).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and SCJG LLC, a Colorado limited liability company based in Pagosa Springs, Colorado (“SCJG”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use scjg.cc, submit an inquiry, subscribe to Agency-on-Demand (AOD), or buy a package or digital product. By doing any of those things, you agree to these Terms. If you’re using our services for a business, you confirm you can agree for that business.
You must be at least 18 to buy or subscribe.
1. Our Services
SCJG is an AI-agent consulting and creative production firm. We offer:
- Agency-on-Demand (AOD) subscriptions. A monthly or yearly plan where you submit service requests and we deliver them. See section 3.
- Consulting engagements. Custom projects in our service areas (strategy and AI consulting, websites, design and brand, media and music production, construction coordination), scoped to your goals, timeline, and budget.
- Website packages. Website core setup: $1,000 (1-3 pages, basic functions and forms). Add-ons, each also sold alone: AI Integration, $300 (AI built into your website, new or existing), and AI Training, $200 (launch training on your AI setup, then 3 months of on-call support by email or call, including up to 2 hours of extra training). Core setup plus both add-ons: $1,500.
- Digital products. Ready-made digital tools and templates, priced individually.
We use AI agents and AI tools to help deliver our services. Our Privacy Policy explains how that affects your information.
2. Engagements Are Governed by a Separate Written Agreement
Consulting engagements and website packages are covered by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work that sets the scope, price, timeline, and payment terms. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls. An inquiry or a quote alone does not create an engagement.
3. AOD Subscriptions
Plans and prices (US dollars, plus any applicable tax):
- Essentials: $50 a month or $550 a year. 1 active service at a time. 96-168 hour turnaround for digital work.
- Plus: $95 a month or $1,000 a year. 2 active services at a time. 48-96 hour turnaround for digital work.
- Priority: $135 a month or $1,500 a year. 3 active services at a time. 24-72 hour turnaround for digital work.
Priority turnaround depends on the project and current service load. Turnaround for physical products or content is set case by case.
Every plan includes unlimited revisions until complete, a private way to send requests (the member page at launch; a member console is in development), and direct consulting time each month: 30 minutes (Essentials), 1 hour (Plus), or 3 hours (Priority). Every plan runs on the SCJG Tech Stack. The software licenses in that stack are SCJG’s and are not shared or resold; you receive the results.
Partner benefits. Active subscribers get 10% (Essentials), 15% (Plus), or 20% (Priority) off media production by our partners MIRRIM and Agave Studios. Partner work is quoted and billed separately. The discount applies to partner work booked while your subscription is active.
How it works. Each submission of the AOD request form counts as one request. We confirm it fits your plan, and we deliver. An active service is one request currently being produced. Once a service is complete, your next request in our queue starts. A service is complete when the deliverable is approved. Physical production, construction, studio time, printing, ad spend, software licenses, and work by partner businesses are quoted and billed separately. Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees, and they pause while we’re waiting on you. Some requests, such as quick research, may be finished faster than the listed turnaround.
Billing and renewal. Payments are processed directly by Stripe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and your payment method is charged at the then-current price until you cancel. We’ll email you 30 days before a yearly plan renews.
Price changes. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll let you know. If it isn’t fixed within 7 days, we may pause your subscription until it is.
Cancellation. You can cancel any time using the Cancel button in the member area, or by emailing us at io@scjg.cc. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until that period ends. Work finished before the period ends is delivered. Incomplete services stay dormant until the plan is active again.
Changing plans. You can upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades start right away (Stripe may charge a prorated amount); downgrades start at your next renewal.
4. Payment for Everything Else
Packages and engagements are paid as stated in their written agreement. Digital products are paid at checkout. Prices don’t include taxes unless stated, and you’re responsible for any that apply.
5. Refunds
- AOD monthly plans: no refunds or credits for partial months. Cancel any time to stop the next charge.
- AOD yearly plans: a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your first yearly payment and we haven’t delivered any work. If we have delivered work, we refund the yearly payment minus the monthly price for each month (or part month) used. After 14 days, no refunds; your plan runs to the end of the year.
- Digital products: because they can be copied once accessed, sales are final, except that we’ll fix, replace, or refund a product that is defective or not as described if you tell us within 14 days.
- Packages and engagements: as stated in the written agreement. For website packages, unless the agreement says otherwise: paid in full or by 50% deposit, and the deposit is non-refundable once work starts.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under law.
6. Digital Products and Member Assets
Digital products made for AOD subscribers. Digital products we produce and deliver to you under your AOD subscription belong fully to you, the subscription holder. SCJG releases all ownership of those deliverables to you (see section 8).
Digital assets made available to members. While your subscription is active, you may use any digital assets SCJG makes available to members. After your subscription ends, you keep everything delivered to you, but you may no longer use member-only assets.
Ready-made digital products you buy. Ready-made SCJG digital products are licensed, not sold, under the Digital Product License in Exhibit A at the end of these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- break the law or anyone’s rights, or ask us to help you do so;
- submit content you don’t have the right to use, or that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or deceptive;
- ask us to create spam, malware, scams, impersonations, or misleading content (for example fake reviews or deceptive deepfakes);
- try to hack, overload, scrape, or interfere with our site, member pages, or apps;
- share your member access with people outside your organization, or resell AOD services without our written OK; or
- treat our team or partners abusively.
We may decline a request, or suspend or end your access, if you break these rules. If we end your access for a serious breach, no refund is due.
8. Your Content and Our Intellectual Property
Your content. You keep ownership of what you give us (text, files, brand assets, data). You give us permission to use it only to provide the services, including processing it with the AI tools described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to share it.
Deliverables. Once a deliverable is fully paid for, you own it, and SCJG releases all ownership of it to you. For AOD subscribers, this covers everything delivered under a fully paid subscription. For consulting engagements and packages, it applies unless a written agreement says otherwise. Third-party items in a deliverable (such as stock images, fonts, music, or software) stay under their own licenses.
What we learn. Techniques, skills, and know-how we develop while producing your deliverables become part of how we work, and we may use them in future work for other clients and for SCJG as a whole. This doesn’t give us any ownership of your deliverables.
What we keep. SCJG keeps ownership of its own general tools, methods, agent workflows, prompts, templates, code libraries, and pre-existing materials. Where any of these are built into your deliverable, you get a license to use them as part of that deliverable.
Portfolio. We may showcase finished work in our portfolio. Once the work is yours, you can directly ask us not to showcase it, and we’ll stop.
Our site. The scjg.cc site content, the SCJG name, and our logos belong to SCJG. Don’t copy them without permission.
9. AI-Generated Output
Many of our deliverables are made with help from AI tools. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other content, and it may not be protected by copyright in some cases. We review what we deliver, but you are responsible for reviewing it and deciding how to use it. Our services are not legal, tax, financial, medical, or engineering advice. Check anything important with a qualified professional before relying on it.
10. Third-Party Services and Partners
Our services rely on third parties such as Stripe, Notion, Google, and Cloudflare, and some work is done by partner businesses (such as MIRRIM, Agave Studios, and Cutting Edge Builders). Their own terms apply to their services, and partner work may be under a separate agreement with that partner. We aren’t responsible for third-party outages or changes we don’t control.
11. Disclaimers
Except as stated in these Terms or a written agreement, our site, services, and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise any particular business result, such as revenue, rankings, or growth.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows:
- SCJG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- SCJG’s total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid SCJG in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity. If someone makes a claim against SCJG because of content you gave us or your breach of these Terms, you agree to cover SCJG’s reasonable costs of that claim.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in or serving Archuleta County, Colorado, and both sides agree to those courts. There is no arbitration. Either side may use small claims court for qualifying claims. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

15. Changes and General Terms
Changes. We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version with a new effective date, and for significant changes we’ll email subscribers and clients before they take effect. Using our services after the change means you accept it. If you don’t agree, you can cancel.
General. If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver. You can’t transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a business sale. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any written agreement for your engagement are the whole agreement between us on this subject.
Exhibit A: Digital Product License
This license applies when you buy a ready-made SCJG digital product (for example a web app, template, or kit). Refunds follow section 5 of these Terms; disclaimers and limits of liability follow sections 11 and 12.
- What you get. SCJG gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product, for use by one business and up to 5 of its team members.
- Client work is allowed. You may use the product to create work for your own clients and deliver that work to them.
- What’s not allowed. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the product itself, whether as-is or lightly changed, or offer it as your own template or product. Don’t hand the product’s files or account access to clients for their own separate use.
- Ownership. SCJG keeps ownership of the product, including its code, design, content, and the general methods behind it. Buying it gives you a license, not ownership.
- Updates. Updates are free for as long as we offer the product. If a product needs a subscription, updates are included while your subscription is active.
- Web apps and accounts. Some products need an account to use. If a product needs an active subscription, access ends when the subscription ends. You keep any files you exported.
- Ending the license. If you break this license, it ends, and you must stop using the product and delete your copies.
