Start a project

Each engagement is scoped to your goals, timeline and budget. Engagements range from $500 to $10k+.

The same five steps in every area: ALIGN, DESIGN, PRODUCE, BUILD and MANAGE. You can hire us for one step or all five.

Yes. Consulting engagements and website packages get a separate written agreement that sets the scope, price, timeline and payment. A quote alone doesn't start an engagement.

Yes: music production, recording, mixing and mastering, podcasts, and video. Some media work is done with our partners MIRRIM and Agave Studios.

Music and art, construction, and brand, business development and operations work for companies such as Vitality Pharms, OptiLeaf, Ron's Sign Co. and CN Cash for Gold.

Payments go through Stripe. We never see your full card number.

A monthly or yearly plan for ongoing work. Submit a request, and SCJG delivers it. Plans differ by how many services are active at once and how fast digital work turns around.

Essentials: $50 a month or $550 a year, 1 active service, 96-168 hours. Plus: $95 a month or $1,000 a year, 2 active services, 48-96 hours. Priority: $135 a month or $1,500 a year, 3 active services, 24-72 hours by project and current load. Turnaround times are for digital work.

One submission of the request form.

One request currently being produced. Your plan sets how many are active at once. When one is complete, which means the deliverable is approved, your next request in our queue starts.

They are targets, not guarantees, and they pause while we're waiting on you. Some requests, such as quick research, may finish faster.

Turnaround for physical products or content is set case by case. Physical production, construction, studio time, printing, ad spend, software licenses and partner work are quoted and billed separately.

Unlimited revisions until the work is complete.

Yes, each month: 30 minutes on Essentials, 1 hour on Plus, 3 hours on Priority.

10% (Essentials), 15% (Plus) or 20% (Priority) off media production by our partners MIRRIM and Agave Studios. Partner work is quoted and billed separately, and the discount applies to work booked while your plan is active. There are no construction discounts.

Every plan runs on our stack: SCJG's own agents and tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Runway, Pro Tools, Notion, Cloudflare and GitHub, with AI from Claude, Grok, Gemini, Cursor, Notion AI and Meta AI. The licences are SCJG's and aren't shared or resold. You get the results and a real human consultant.

Yes. Upgrades start right away, and Stripe may charge a prorated amount. Downgrades start at your next renewal.

From the member page, or by emailing io@scjg.cc. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your paid period, and you keep access until then. Work finished before then is delivered.

Cancel your plan

They stay dormant until your plan is active again.

Monthly plans: no refunds or credits for partial months; cancel any time to stop the next charge. Yearly plans: a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your first yearly payment and we haven't delivered any work. If we have, we refund the yearly payment minus the monthly price for each month or part month used. After 14 days, no refunds, and your plan runs to the end of the year.

We'll let you know. If it isn't fixed within 7 days, we may pause your plan until it is.

Only with at least 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

Yes. We email you 30 days before a yearly plan renews.

You do. Once it's paid for, SCJG releases all ownership of the deliverable to you. Third-party items in it, such as stock images, fonts, music or software, stay under their own licenses.

Everything delivered to you. You can no longer use member-only assets.

The core setup is $1,000: 1-3 pages, basic functions and forms.

Website packages

AI Integration, $300: AI built into your website, new or existing. AI Training, $200: launch training on your AI setup, then 3 months of on-call support by email or call, including up to 2 hours of extra training. Core setup plus both add-ons is $1,500.

Yes. Each add-on is also sold on its own, including for a site you already have.

In full, or with a 50% deposit. Unless your written agreement says otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable once work starts.

You do, once it's paid for.

We build fast, simple websites you own, without the overhead of Squarespace, Wix and similar builders. Silas has experience with Wix and Squarespace sites.

An app that tracks your time and puts everything you capture during it to work. Start a session, and the audio, photos, video and notes you collect are tagged to that block of time and routed to the right place. It works offline first and installs as a web app.

ChronoRack

The Start a project form: your name, email, phone if given, the service areas you pick, and what you write about your project, budget and timeline. Product sign-ups: your email and which product. Submissions go to a Google Sheet, then into our operations center in Notion.

Privacy Policy

Our public pages set no cookies, and the site has no analytics. Only the member console sets one sign-in cookie.

Yes, and we say so plainly. SCJG's AI agents and tools may see what you share with us, and we use it only to serve you. We use AI tools whose settings don't allow training on our client data, and we re-check them at least every 6 months. Silas oversees the work, and we review AI output before we deliver it.

Yes. Tell us and we'll discuss what we can do. Some services may not be possible without it.

No. We never sell personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
