How SCJG handles personal information.

Effective date: November 7, 2026 (the launch date of the new site).

This policy explains what personal information SCJG LLC (“SCJG”, “we”, “us”) collects through scjg.cc and our services, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. SCJG is an AI-agent consulting and creative production firm owned by Silas CJ Goss and based in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, USA.

1. What We Collect

Information you give us

  • The form on /start: your name, email, phone (if given), the service areas you pick, and what you write about your project, budget and timeline. Submissions go to a Google Sheet, and from there into our operations center in Notion.
  • The notify-me and waitlist forms on /products: your email and which product you asked about. Submissions go to the same Google Sheet. We use your email only to tell you about that product.
  • Agency-on-Demand (AOD) subscriptions: your name, email, chosen plan, and the requests and files you send us.
  • Consulting engagements and packages: contact and billing details, project information, files, brand assets, and account access you choose to share with us so we can do the work.
  • Purchases of digital products: your name, email, what you bought, and when.
  • Emails, calls and messages you send us.

Payment information. Payments are handled directly by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive limited details such as your name, email, billing address, the last four digits of your card, and payment status.

Information collected automatically. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. Our site has no analytics, and only the member console sets a cookie (see section 6).

We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health, financial account, or government ID numbers). Please don’t send it unless a written agreement with us requires it.

2. Why We Use It

  • To reply to inquiries and decide whether and how we can help.
  • To provide AOD subscriptions, consulting work, packages, and digital products you ask for.
  • To bill you, process payments, and manage renewals and cancellations.
  • To send service messages (receipts, request updates, renewal notices, changes to these policies).
  • To keep the site and our systems secure and to prevent fraud and spam.
  • To improve our services and site.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
  • To send marketing emails about our products and services, as described in section 7.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

3. How AI Is Used with Your Information

SCJG is an AI-agent firm, and we tell you that plainly: AI agents and AI tools help process customer information. For example, AI agents read and sort form submissions, help draft replies and proposals, organize AOD requests, and help produce deliverables.

  • All of SCJG’s AI agents and AI tools may see the information you share with us, including inquiries, requests, messages, files, and project details.
  • We use it only for internal purposes: to serve you, and to serve you more efficiently over time (for example, by keeping track of your preferences, brand, and project history).
  • Some of these tools are run by third-party AI providers, which process the information on our behalf. We use AI tools whose settings or terms do not allow our client data to be used to train their models, and we re-check those settings at least every 6 months.
  • A person at SCJG (Silas CJ Goss) oversees this work and is responsible for it. AI is not used to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
  • AI output can contain mistakes, so we review work before we deliver it.

If you’d prefer that your information not be processed with AI tools beyond basic email and form handling, tell us and we’ll discuss what we can do. Some services may not be possible without it.

4. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

Provider What they do for us
Cloudflare Website hosting, security, the handler that receives our forms, and member console data and files
Google (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Apps Script) Email, file storage, records, and the Sheet where form submissions land
Notion Our operations center, where inquiries, requests, and projects are tracked
Stripe Payment processing, subscription billing, and the customer portal where you manage or cancel your plan
AI tool providers AI processing as described in section 3
Email marketing tool (if added) Sending marketing emails and handling unsubscribes

We may also share information:

  • With partner businesses, only when your project or request relates to their field: for example, audio, video, or music work with MIRRIM or Agave Studios, construction work with Cutting Edge Builders, and other partners as applicable. We share only what’s needed for that work.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • In a business sale or transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Our providers are mostly based in the United States, so your information will be stored and processed in the US.

5. How Long We Keep It

  • Inquiries that don’t become work: up to 2 years after our last contact.
  • Client and subscriber records (projects, AOD requests, files): for the life of the relationship plus 3 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Billing, payment, and tax records: 7 years, for tax and accounting.
  • Server logs and security data: as kept by our providers, usually less than 12 months.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our public pages set no cookies, and the site uses no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking. The member console sets one essential cookie when you sign in. It keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, holds only a random sign-in key, and is deleted when you sign out. If you connect ChronoRack, the app keeps its own sign-in key on your device, and you can disconnect it from the console at any time. We use Google Search Console, which reports how the site appears in Google search without placing anything on your device.

Stripe’s checkout and customer portal pages are run by Stripe and may set their own cookies under Stripe’s policy.

Some pages play music and videos from YouTube and Bandcamp. Nothing loads from them until you press play. When you do, the video plays from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced service (youtube-nocookie.com) or the audio from Bandcamp’s player, and Google or Bandcamp handles what happens next under its own privacy policy.

If we ever add analytics or other cookies to our site, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

7. Marketing Communications

From time to time we may email you about SCJG products and services, such as ChronoRack, its modules, and other related products in the SCJG ecosystem.

  • We send marketing emails only with your consent where the law requires it (for example, when you sign up or tick a box). Otherwise, we may send them to existing clients and subscribers about related products.
  • Every marketing email includes an easy way to unsubscribe. You can also email io@scjg.cc.
  • Unsubscribing from marketing doesn’t stop service messages such as receipts, renewal notices, and request updates.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we have about you, and get a copy in a portable format.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your information (we may keep what the law requires, such as tax records).
  • Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link or contact us).
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling. We don’t do these, but you can still tell us.

We won’t treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email us (section 11). We may need to confirm your identity first. We’ll respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we’ll respond to the appeal within 45 days.

Colorado residents. The Colorado Privacy Act gives Colorado residents the rights listed above, including the right to appeal. The Act applies to businesses that meet certain size thresholds (for example, processing data of 100,000 or more Colorado consumers in a year). We offer these rights to everyone regardless. If you’re not satisfied with our answer to an appeal, you can contact the Colorado Attorney General.

Other US states. Residents of other states with privacy laws (such as California, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas) may have similar rights. Contact us the same way.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as limiting who can access information, protecting our accounts, and using reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we’ll notify you as the law requires.

10. Children

Our site and services are for businesses and people 16 or older. They are not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
