This is a message from Higher Self, also Known as Future Self. The only difference in perception depends on your balance between space and time.

The 3rd density is the unconscious states of our collective Mind. We bring Conscious Intelligent Light in the form of Humans, Wandering the Earth. The 4th density awaits... the only gate is through the Conscious Heart/Mind.
